<span style="font-size: 14px;">12日，航前驾驶舱<span style="font-size: 14px;letter-spacing: 0.578px;">入口</span>视频监控系统再次失效，MEL保留放行，南宁过站更换VIDEO SWITCH组件后短时恢复正常后系统再次失效。兰州过站机组反馈P61附近有类似继电器吸合的声音，且空中视频监控系统时好时坏，好的时候P61附近没有声音，失效的时候有声音，兰州过站拔出P6-12 B1跳开关后还有声音，检查跳开关面板无异常。南宁航后更换R916、R918继电器，故障依旧。</span>

<span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 14px;overflow-wrap: break-word ;box-sizing: border-box ;">根据之前的经验，<span style="font-size: 14px;letter-spacing: 0.578px;">F</span><span style="font-size: 14px;letter-spacing: 0.578px;">DEVSS故障首先确定相关电门及跳开关均正常的情况下，优先考虑FDEVSS各部件故障的可能性。本例中，故障间歇性地出现，且通过复位跳开关有恢复的情况，没有第一时间发现供电方面的问题，且机务在检查时反馈长按控制面板的“显示”按钮时，分别切换左、中、右摄像头，系统工作正常，使故障指向为控制面板。后续更换控制面板和视频开关组件后系统仍然间歇性失效，且故障发生的频率更大，由此考虑到供电方面的问题准备量线。而恰巧兰州过站机组反馈了一个重要信息：P61位置频繁发出继电器吸合、断开的声音，与FDEVSS相关的继电器R916、R918恰好就在此处。更换R916、R918后故障依旧，故障的范围已经缩小到极致了——BPCU上D10898的56钉或C1627跳开关的供电（C1627跳开关后相关的R916、R917、R918继电器对应的系统只有<span style="font-size: 14px;letter-spacing: 0.578px;">F</span><span style="font-size: 14px;letter-spacing: 0.578px;">DEVSS</span>）。后续通过更换BPCU排除故障，则将故障源锁定在BPCU内部的<strong>过流卸荷模块</strong>或<strong>卸荷接地电门</strong>（图中红框位置）。</span></span>
