FR35是前机身和中心机身搭接处，这里结构复杂，FR35查询在SRM53-31-16，FR35分隔框是一个整体，下面是一个L型对接带。腐蚀一般都在对接带上，从图纸看，对接带下面厚度是2.5mm，难点是难接近，管路多。根据个人经验:腐蚀原则:有腐必除，除腐必净。仅供参考。

Hydrofluoric Acid Etching, Chemical Conversion Coating and Anti-Corrosion Bonding Primer Method 1 Clean the skin with cleaning agent (Material No. 11-003 or 11-004) and (Refer to  TASK 51-77-11-911-010 ). 2 Abrade the surface with aluminum oxide abrasive paper (ranging from 280 to 400 grade) or SCOTCH BRITE abrasive pads (Material No. 19-011) to remove paint layers and CAA coating to expose bare metal. Remove only the minimum amount of material and do not penetrate the clad surface. 3 Remove debris with a vacuum cleaner. 4 Do step  2.A.(2).(c).1. - again. 5 Mask all bond lines, honeycomb core and areas which can be damaged or can entrap acid used with self adhesive aluminum tape (Material No. 08-052). Maskant can extend up to 2 mm (0.079 in.) on bare metal around the hole or surrounding area. 6 Do a water break test (Refer to  TASK 51-77-11-911-011 ). Do steps  2.A.(2).(c).1. - through  2.A.(2).(c).4. - again until you get a water break free surface. WARNING: DO NOT LET THE ACID GO INTO HONEYCOMB CORE OR BE ENTRAPPED. 7 Moisten, but do not saturate a clean pad with 2% by volume of hydrofluoric acid. Wipe the abraded area as though the acid were a solvent. After 20-30 seconds, remove the acid with a clean cloth dampened with demineralized water. If necessary do it again to make sure all acid is removed. 8 Check with blue litmus paper for possible acid contamination. If the paper turns red, acid is still present. Rinse again with demineralized water. 9 Apply chemical conversion coating (Material No. 13-003) and (refer to  Chapter 51-21-11 , Paragraph 2.B) before the surface dries. 10 Within 2 hours, spray, brush or swab a thin uniform coat of anti corrosion bonding primer (Material No. 08-055) on the mating surface and cure the coating (Refer to  TASK 51-77-11-911-007 , Paragraph 2.F). NOTE: Coated surfaces of components must be protected from dust, grease and other contaminations with clean unplasticized wax free kraft paper or opaque release film (polyethylene or equivalent). They must be stored at room temperature (Refer to  TASK 51-77-11-911-005  and bonded within 4 days.
