A. Procedure

(1) Set the switch and the circuit breakers:
设置以下电门和跳开关：
(a) Set the APU master switch on the P5 forward overhead panel to the OFF position
and attach a DO-NOT-OPERATE tag.
将P5 前头顶板上APU 主电门放在OFF 位，并挂上“禁止操作”的警告牌。
(b) Open these circuit breakers and attach the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:

(a) Open the latches for the APU cowl door.
打开APU 整流罩门锁扣。
(b) Open the APU cowl door.

(c) Connect the door support rods.
支起舱门支撑杆。
CAUTION: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU MOVE THE LOWER SHROUD. DAMAGE TO
THE SHROUD DRAIN LINES CAN OCCUR.
注意： 移动下保护罩时应小心，否则会损坏保护罩排放管。
(3) Remove the lower shroud:
拆去下保护罩：
(a) Hold the lower shroud and open the shroud latches.
托住下保护罩并打开锁扣。
(b) Remove the lower shroud.
拆去下保护罩。
(4) Make a record of the APU hours and starts from the event monitoring unit.
从事件监视组件上记录下APU 的小时数和起动次数。
(5) Disconnect the electrical connectors for the APU:
脱开APU 的电插头：
(a) Disconnect the electrical connector for the APU harness D1252 from the
receptacle D452 on the upper shroud.
从上保护罩的D452 插座上脱开APU 电缆束D1252 的电插头。
(b) Disconnect the electrical connector for the starter motor D4802P from the
receptacle D4802J on the upper shroud.
从上保护罩的D4802J 插座上脱开起动机的电插头D4802P。
(c) Disconnect the electrical connector for the electrical generator D4800P from the
receptacle D4800J on the upper shroud.
从上保护罩的D4800J 插座上脱开发电机的电插头D4800P。

(d) Disconnect the electrical connectors for the FADEC, P24A and P24B, from the
receptacles, D10434 and D10436, on the upper shroud.
从上保护罩的D10434 和D10436 插座上脱开FADEC 的电插头P24A 和P24B。
(e) Disconnect the electrical connector for the APU generator control D4804P from
the receptacle D4804J on the upper shroud.
从上保护罩的D4804J 插座上脱开APU 控制器的电插头D4804P。
(f) Disconnect the electrical connector for the EGT indicating system D1102P from
the receptacle D1102J on the upper shroud.

(g) Disconnect the electrical connector for the fire detector D4816P from the
receptacle D4816J on the upper shroud.
从上保护罩的D4816J 插座上脱开火警探测器的电插头D4816P。
(6) Disconnect the air line for the bleed load control from the fitting in the upper
shroud.
从上保护罩接头上脱开引气负载控制的空气管道。
(7) Disconnect the fuel hose from the APU:
从 APU 上脱开燃油软管：
(a) Put a container under the connection for the fuel hose.
在燃油软管接头下方放置一个容器。
(b) Disconnect the fuel hose from the APU.
从APU 上脱开燃油软管：
(c) Drain the fuel from the fuel hose into the container.
将燃油软管中的燃油排放到容器中。
(d) Remove the container from below the fuel hose.
移走燃油软管下方的容器。
(8) Disconnect the bonding jumper on the upper shroud from the APU.
脱开 APU 上保护罩上的搭接线。
(9) Remove the coupling for the bleed air duct:

(a) Remove the clamp that attaches the coupling for the bleed air duct to the bleed
air flange on the APU.
拆下将引气管道接头固定在APU 引气法兰盘上的卡箍。
(b) Push the coupling for the bleed air duct outboard as far as it is possible.
将引气管道的接头尽量向外侧推。
(10) Disconnect the compressor plenum from the air inlet duct in the upper shroud:
从上保护罩的进气管道脱开压气机集气室：
(a) Remove the screws, washers and nuts from the lock handles for the air inlet duct.
从进气管道的锁手柄上拆下螺栓、垫圈和螺母。
(b) Move the lock handles outboard until the lock handles are free from the
compressor plenum.
向外侧移动锁手柄，直到它完全离开压气机集气室。
(c) Turn the compressor plenum downward until the compressor plenum is free from
the air inlet duct in the upper shroud.
向下转动压气机集气室直到它完全脱离上保护罩的进气管道。
(11) Move the APU exhaust extension to make the clearance for the removal of the APU:
移动APU 排气延伸环以留出拆卸APU 的间隙：
(a) Loosen the bolts that attach the APU exhaust extension to the APU exhaust
attenuator.
拧松固定APU 排气延伸环和APU 排气消音器的螺栓。
(b) Loosen the t-bolt for the clamp on the APU exhaust extension.
拧松APU 排气延伸环上卡箍的T 型螺栓。
(c) Open the clamp for the APU exhaust extension.
打开APU 排气延伸环卡箍。
(d) Push the APU exhaust extension into the APU exhaust attenuator as far as it is
possible.
将APU 排气延伸环尽量向APU 排气消音器内推。
NOTE: This will give the clearance for the APU when it is removed from the
APU compartment.
注： 这样可以为从APU 舱拆卸APU 时留出空隙。

CAUTION: MAKE SURE THE CABLES FOR THE HOIST ASSEMBLY ARE EQUALLY
WOUND AROUND THE DRUMS BEFORE YOU TRY TO SUPPORT THE
APU. THE CABLES CAN BECOME TWISTED. IF THE CABLES ARE NOT
EQUALLY WOUND AROUND THE DRUMS, A SHORT AND SUDDEN DROP
OF THE APU CAN OCCUR. A SHORT AND SUDDEN DROP OF THE APU
CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE HOIST ASSEMBLY AND THE FITTINGS.
注意： 在用吊竿吊APU 前，确保吊竿的钢索均匀地绕在转鼓上。钢索可能会发生缠绕。
如果钢索绕得不均匀，可能造成APU 突然跌落，从而造成吊竿以及吊竿接头的
损坏。
(12) Install the hoist assemblies and the cradle base to the airplane:
在飞机上安装吊竿组件和托架基座：
(a) Install the hoist assemblies to the hoist attachment brackets in the APU
compartment with the pins.
用插销将吊竿组件固定到APU 舱内的吊竿固定支架上。
(b) Connect the cables to the tube of the cradle assembly with the pins.
用插销将吊竿钢索连接在托架组件管子上。
(13) Connect the cradle assembly to the APU:
将托架组件连接到APU 上：
(a) Turn the handles for the hoist assemblies to lift the cradle assembly up to the
APU.
转动吊竿的手柄将托架组件吊起到APU 上。
(b) Set the cradle assembly so it will attach to the APU.
将托架连接在APU 上。
(c) Install the pins for the cradle assembly.
安装托架组件的插销。
(d) Turn the handles for the hoist assembly so the cables are tight.
转动吊竿的手柄拉紧钢索。
NOTE: This will remove the APU load from the engine mount brackets.
注： 这样可以从发动机安装支架上卸去APU 载荷。

CAUTION: YOU MUST REMOVE THE APU POWER PLANT FROM THE APU
COMPARTMENT SLOWLY. MAKE SURE THE APU POWER PLANT DOES
NOT HIT THE COUPLING FOR THE BLEED AIR DUCT, FUEL LINE OR
AIRPLANE STRUCTURE. DAMAGE TO THE APU POWER PLANT CAN
OCCUR.
注意： 应缓慢从APU 舱拆卸APU 辅助动力装置。确保APU 辅助动力装置不会碰到
引气通道的接头、燃油管或飞机结构。否则会对APU 辅助动力装置造成损坏。
(14) Remove the APU power plant from the APU compartment:
从APU 舱拆卸APU 辅助动力装置：
(a) Remove the cotter pin, nut, washer and retainer from the right aft mount on the
APU shroud.
从APU 保护罩的后吊点上拆下开口销、螺母、垫圈和止动器。
(b) Remove the bolts, washers and nuts that attach the caps to the engine mount
brackets.
拆下连接吊点盖子和发动机吊点支架上的螺栓、垫圈和螺母。
1) Do not remove the cap or the hinge bolt for the engine mount bracket.
不要拆下盖子或发动机吊点支架上的铰链螺栓。
(c) Open the caps for the engine mount brackets.
打开发动机吊点支架的盖子。
NOTE: The weight of a dry APU is approximately 355 pounds (161 kilograms).
注： 干燥的 APU 的重量大约为355 磅 (161 千克)。
(d) Turn the handles for the hoist assemblies to slowly lower the APU power plant.
转动吊竿组件手柄缓慢放下APU 辅助动力装置。
(e) Lower the APU power plant to the transportation dolly.
将APU 辅助动力装置放到运输车上。
(15) Disconnect the hoist assemblies from the cradle assembly:
从托架组件上脱开吊竿组件。
(a) Turn the handles for the hoist assemblies until the cables have no tension.
转动吊竿组件的手柄直到钢索失去张力。

(b) Remove the pins that connect the hoist assemblies to the cradle assembly.
取下连接吊竿组件和托架组件的插销。
NOTE: If more than one cradle assembly is available, you can use the cradle
assembly to move and to keep the APU.
注： 若有一个以上的托架组件，可用它移动和保存APU。
(16) If an APS2000 APU that is not assembled will be installed on the airplane, remove the ______ XXXXX
necessary parts from the APS2000 APU that you removed from the airplane (OHM
49-10-21).
如果要在飞机上换装一台未组装好的APS2000 APU，则需要从飞机上拆下的APS2000
APU 上拆下一些必要的附件。
(17) Do a general visual inspection of the APU mounts and APU cooling air duct: ______ XXXXX
一般目视检查APU 吊点和APU 冷却空气管：
(a) Do this task: General Visual Inspection of the Visible Portions of the APU Mount
Assemblies at the APU Change (AMM 49-13-00/601).
进行工作：在更换APU 时，一般目视检查APU 吊点的可见部分(AMM 49-13-00/601)。
(b) Do this task: Detailed Inspection of the APU Engine Mount Bracket and Mount
Bracket Caps at APU Change (AMM 49-13-00/601).
进行工作： 在更换APU 时， 详细检查APU 吊点支架和吊点支架罩(AMM
49-13-00/601)。
(c) Do this task: Detailed Inspection of the APU Engine Vibration Isolator at APU
Change (AMM 49-13-00/601).
进行工作：在更换APU 时，详细检查APU 防震器(AMM 49-13-00/601)。
(d) Do this task: Generall Visual Inspection of the Visible Portions of the APU Cooling
Air Duct (AMM 49-51-00/601).

(18) Do a general visual inspection of the pneumatic line filter on the cooling air shutoff valve: ______ XXXXX

49-51-22/401).

(b) If the part number of the filter element is 22103 or 7584372, clean the filter ______ XXXXX
element. To clean it, do this task: Clean the Cooling Air Shutoff Valve Pneumatic
Line Filter (AMM 49-51-22/701).
如果滤芯件号为22103 或7584372，清洁滤芯(清洁冷却空气关断活门气动管滤芯(
AMM 49-51-22/701))。
NOTE: The cleaning procedure installs the pneumatic line filter on the bleed air
duct.

(c) If the part number of the filter element is not 22103 or 7584372, install a new or ______ XXXXX
serviceable pneumatic line filter. To install it, do this task: Cooling Air Shutoff

A. Procedure

(1) Inspect the APU air inlet for blockage, loose fasteners, or missing fasteners.
检查APU 进气道是否有堵塞、紧固件松动或丢失紧固件。
(a) If you find blockage, remove the blockage that you find.
若发现堵塞，则进行清除。
(b) If you find loose or missing fasteners, repair the loose or missing fasteners that ______ ______
you find.
若发现松动或丢失紧固件，则根据需要进行修理。
(2) If an APS2000 APU that is not assembled will be installed on the airplane, install the ______ ______
necessary part on the APS2000 APU (OHM 49-10-21).
若向飞机上安装的APS2000 APU 未经过组装，应在该APS2000 APU 上安装必要的部
件(OHM 49-10-21)。
(3) Make sure the bolt and washer are installed for the right aft mount on the APU shroud.
确证在APU 保护罩的右后吊点上安装了螺栓和垫圈。

(4) Put the APU power plant, installed on the cradle assembly, directly below the APU
compartment.
将安装在托架组件上的APU 辅助动力装置放在APU 舱的正下方。
(5) Install the hoist assemblies and the cradle assembly to the airplane:
将吊竿组件和托架组件安装在飞机上。
(a) Install the hoist assemblies to the hoist attachment brackets in the APU
compartment with the pins.
用插销将吊竿组件连接到APU 舱内的吊竿固定支架上。
(b) Turn the handle of each hoist assembly until the cables will attach to the cradle
assembly.
转动每个吊竿的手柄直到钢索连接到托架组件上。
(c) Connect the cables to the tube of the cradle assembly with the pins.
用插销将钢锁连接到托架组件的管道上。
CAUTION: YOU MUST INSTALL THE APU POWER PLANT IN THE APU
COMPARTMENT SLOWLY. MAKE SURE THE APU POWER PLANT DOES
NOT HIT THE COUPLING FOR THE BLEED AIR DUCT, FUEL LINE OR
AIRPLANE STRUCTURE. DAMAGE TO THE APU POWER PLANT CAN
OCCUR.
注意： 应缓慢从APU 舱拆卸APU 辅助动力装置。确保APU 辅助动力装置不会碰到

(6) Install the APU power plant in the APU compartment: ______ ______

(a) Make sure the opening for the compressor plenum of the APU is down.

1) Do not lift the APU power plant into the structure of the APU compartment.

(c) Prepare the APU compartment for the installation of the APU power plant:

1) Make sure the caps for the engine mount brackets are open.
确证发动机吊点支架的盖子是打开的。
2) Make sure the caps for the engine mount brackets do not cause a blockage
of the installation of the APU power plant.
确证发动机吊点支架的盖子不会妨碍APU 辅助动力装置的安装。
3) Make sure the seal for the cooling air duct is correctly aligned with the flange
for the cooling fan.
确证空气冷却管道封严与冷却风扇法兰盘正确对准。
(d) Lift the APU into its position:
将APU 吊升到位：
1) Turn the handles for the hoist assemblies so you can put the APU power
plant in the correct position.
转动吊竿组件的手柄将APU 辅助动力装置放到正确位置。

a) Make sure you keep the APU clear of the airplane structure while you
lift the APU.
确保吊升APU 时不要碰到飞机结构。
b) Make sure the position of each APU engine mount is at the center of
each of the engine mount bracket.
确保APU 发动机的每个吊点位置处于每个吊点支架的中心。
(e) Make sure there is no clearance between the seal of the cooling air duct and the
flange for the cooling fan:
确证冷却空气管道封严和冷却风扇法兰盘之间没有间隙。
1) Make sure the seal for the cooling air duct touches the flange for the cooling
fan.
确保冷却空气管道封严接触到冷却风扇法兰盘。
2) If there is a clearance between the cooling fan flange and the seal for the ______ ______
cooling air duct, close the clearance:
如果冷却空气管道封严和冷却风扇法兰盘之间有间隙，则除去间隙。
a) Lift or lower the APU by pulling or pushing the APU gearbox assembly
until the seal is lightly compressed by the cooling fan flange.
通过拉或推APU 齿轮箱组件提升或放低APU，直到封严被冷却风扇法兰
盘轻轻压住。
NOTE: Lowering the right aft mount on the APU will lift the cooling fan
flange and compress the seal. Lifting the right aft mount will
lower the cooling fan flange and make the seal not
compressed.
注： 放低 APU 右后吊点会升高冷却风扇法兰盘，使封严受压。提升
右后吊点会降低冷却风扇法兰盘，使封严不受压。
b) Measure the distance from the bottom of the vibration isolator on the
right aft mount to the bottom of the cap on the engine mount bracket.

(a) Turn the compressor plenum up so that the compressor plenum aligns with the
air inlet duct.

(b) Move the lock handles inboard until the lock handles secure the compressor
plenum.

NOTE: The heel of the lock handle cam must engage the spring arm of the

much force is necessary to move the lock handles inboard, washers up

(a) Remove the pins that attach the cradle assembly to the APU power plant.

(10) Install the coupling for the bleed air duct:

(a) Move the coupling for the bleed air duct inboard as far as it is possible.

(b) Install the clamp that attaches the coupling for the bleed air duct to the bleed air
flange on the APU.

(c) Tighten the clamp for the coupling to 45-55 pound-inches (5.1-6.2
newton-meters).

(11) Make sure there is a minimum radial clearance of 0.125 inch (3.2 mm) between the aft
end of the exhaust port and the forward end of the exhaust duct muffler.

(a) If it is necessary, adjust the bolts that attach the duct alignment assembly to the
brackets until the clearance is correct (AMM 49-81-31/401).

(12) Connect the bonding jumper on the upper shroud to the APU.

(a) Pull the APU exhaust extension out of the APU exhaust attenuator.

1) Move the APU exhaust extension to get a clearance of 0.30±0.10 inch (7.5
±2.5 mm) between the APU exhaust extension and the exhaust muffler.

(b) Close the clamp for the APU exhaust extension.

(17) Add oil to the APU oil tank (AMM 12-13-31/301), if it is necessary.

forward overhead panel.

OPERATE THE APU. DAMAGE TO THE APU CAN OCCUR IF YOU DO
NOT FOLLOW THE APU OPERATION LIMITS.

(20) Do the APU dry motoring procedure (AMM 49-11-00/201). ______ ______

NOTE: If it is necessary, motor the APU engine more than one time to remove the
air or preservative fuel from the fuel lines. Each time the APU engine is
motored, the LITE fault message will show on the FADEC.
注： 如果必要，进行一次以上的APU 发动机冷转以除去燃油管路中的空气或防腐
燃油。每次冷转APU 发动机时，LITE 故障信息会在FADEC 上显示。
(21) Do the APU operational test (AMM 49-11-00/501): ______ ______

(a) During the APU operation, examine the APU for leakage.

(b) After the APU operational test, make sure the APU master switch on the P5

(23) Install the lower shroud:
