The gaugeless RT A400 is the smallest Halon fire extinguisher available anywhere. It's a great flight bag accessory.

These extinguishers contain a unique blend of liquefied gas 1211/1301, two highly effective fire fighting agents. These units are self expelling which means that the pressure remains constant even when the extinguishers are almost empty.

DISPOSABLE, LOW-MAINTENANCE HALON 1211-1301 BLEND

These effective fire extinguishers contain a proprietary blend of the "liquid streaming agent," Halon 1211, and the gaseous "total flooding agent," Halon 1301. The blend's power lies in the Halon 1301, which is both a firefighting agent and a propellant. These compact, lightweight extinguishers are low maintenance and non-rechargeable. Fire extinguishers include a mounting bracket.

The FAA recommends and/or requires Halon fire extinguishers on aircraft. H3Rs Halon fire extinguishers are the extinguishers of choice in the aviation industry. Hand-held Halon 1211 fire extinguishers are required on commercial transport aircraft, and for good reason. Although classified a "liquid streaming agent," Halon 1211 also performs remarkably well as a "total flooding agent," seeking out and extinguishing fires in inaccessible places. A 6-year maintenance and 12-year hydrostatic test are required. Fire extinguishers include a mounting bracket or a wall hook.
