NOTE: When servicing the TRENT900 engine oil tank, two people are recommended, one do the job, and another do the double check to ensure the filler cap install correctly. Or oil loss will occur when in flight (TIP T38079R01). Another signature if replenish.
注: 对滑油箱加滑油时,必须安排两人进行,一个人操作,另一个人检查加油盖是否正确安装,否则会造成空中漏滑油(TIP T38079R01)。如加油,另一人签名:_____________。
NOTE: If oil service done, Contrast the oil quantity replenished for each engine, if the difference between four engines is more than 2 quarts. You must open TR to check oil tube (IPC 79-22-49-02-100) union for oil leakage. And report the result to the EMC engineer.
注: 如果添加了滑油,对比四台发动机之间滑油添加量,如果相差超过2夸脱时,必须打开反推包皮检查滑油管(IPC 79-22-49-02-100)接头是否有漏滑油。并将结果通知发动机工程师。
B. Make sure there is no dual FDACs failure. (21-51-501) _________
确保没有出现两个全权数字式空调组件控制器失效。
(1) If the airplane is powered up by external power, it is necessary to check the BLEED system page, make sure the FCV status, Pack flow data and Pack temperature data are not indicated with yellow “XX”.
如果飞机已接通外部电源,检查引气系统页面,确保该页面上的流量控制活门状态、组件流量数据、组件温度数据位置没有全部显示为黄色的“XX”。
C. Review both the flight logbook entries made by the flight crew and the PFR (Post Flight _________
Report) printed from the OMT, report and take actions. (05-00-513)
查阅飞机记录本上机组报告的故障和OMT航后故障报告,报告故障情况并处理。
NOTE: If you must remove any component and sent to workshop, print the PFR (Post Flight Report) and TDS (Trouble Shooting Data)(if existed), then attach printed documents on the part.
注: 如果有部件要拆下送修,打印相关的PFR(航后报告)和TDS(排故数据)(如有),并将其附在所拆下的部件上。
D. If pilot report that there is FEED TK 1 (4) MAIN and STBY PUMP pushbutton fault light flickering _________
during flight, it is necessary to process according to the EO: B38028003. (28-21-501)
如果机组报告在飞行中发生1号和/或4号供油箱主泵和备用泵故障灯按钮故障灯交替闪亮,

(1) Check ACMS report 214 after landing, make sure the two NWS RVDT sensors angle _________
value is within 1.5 degrees.
检查ACMS报告214,确保前轮转弯两个RVDT传感器角度值都不超过1.5度。
NOTE: If the angle value of the NWS RVDT sensor is more than 1.5 degrees, please performed EO: B38032002.
注: 如果前轮转弯传感器角度值超过1.5度,须执行EO: B38032002。
(2) If the ACMS report 214 is not available, check report 24 on the Real Time Monitoring _________
(RTM) function on the ACMS (Refer to AMM Task 45-33-00-710-816),make sure the
COM/MON difference is less than or equal to 1.5 degrees.
如果ACMS报告214不可用,在ACMS的实时监控(RTM)功能上检查报告24(参考
AMM Task 45-33-00-710-816)。确保COM与MON之间的差值小于或等于1.5度。
NOTE: If the difference is bigger than 1.5 degrees, then perform EO: B38032002.
注: 如果差值大于1.5度,执行EO: B38032002。
F. Check the crew oxygen pressure indication on the ECAM and service as necessary. _________
